  • 1 can buttermilk biscuits
  • mustard or cocktail sauce
  • 1/3 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 20 cocktail wieners or sausage
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • caraway, sesame or poppy seed

Directions

    Separate biscuits into 20 pieces.

    Spread each with mustard and sprinkle with cheese.

    Wrap dough around wiener or sausage, pressing edges to seal.

    Brush with egg; sprinkle with seed. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 10 to 15 minutes, until golden brown.

    Serve warm with additional mustard or sauce.
