- 150 ml water
- 50 g butter
- 60 g (strong) plain flour
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Pre heat the oven to 200C

2Sift the flour on to folded baking paper for quick and easy pouring

3Heat water and butter untill just boilimg then take off the heat immediately

4While stiring with a wooden spoon add the flour and sugar in one go.

5Continue stiring untill you have a smooth glossy dough that comes away from the sides of the pan

6Slowly beat in the eggs bit by bit until you have a smooth glossy paste, just pipe-able.

7Place ~1tsp size blobs on baking paper and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or untill golden.
