Ingredients

  • 150 ml water
  • 50 g butter
  • 60 g (strong) plain flour
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 eggs

    Pre heat the oven to 200C

    Sift the flour on to folded baking paper for quick and easy pouring
  3. 3
    Heat water and butter untill just boilimg then take off the heat immediately
  4. 4
    While stiring with a wooden spoon add the flour and sugar in one go.

    Continue stiring untill you have a smooth glossy dough that comes away from the sides of the pan

    Slowly beat in the eggs bit by bit until you have a smooth glossy paste, just pipe-able.

    Place ~1tsp size blobs on baking paper and place in the oven for 15-20 minutes or untill golden.
