- 2/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 cup matzo meal
- 3 eggs
- cinnamon-sugar mixture
- chopped nuts (optional)
Directions

1Bring water, salt, sugar and oil to a boil.

2Stir in matzo meal.

3Remove from flame, cool slightly.

4Beat in eggs, one at a time.

5Grease hands and roll dough into balls 2- inches in diameter.

6Sprinkle tops with mixture of sugar and cinnamon (and nuts).

7Dip finger in cold water and press a hole in center of each ball.

8Place on greased cookie sheet.

9Bake at 375 degrees F for one hour.
