  • 3/4 lb pasta, ziti is great, or spaghetti
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 table spoon fresh parsley
  • 1 small can of chopped black olives
  • parmesian cheese to taste
  • 3-4 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste

    heat 1/2 cup olive oil

    add garlic and parsley once oil is hot

    add black olives

    let simmer in oil
  5. 5
    boil pasta, aldente or soft your choice

    add 1/2 cup water to oil mixture and let simmer until pasta is ready

    add oil mixture to pasta

    add cheese, salt and pepper to taste!
