  • 1 packages fettuccini
  • 1 packages bacon
  • 2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 4 egg yokes
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup tomatoes , grape or cherry size. Any small tomato
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 cup diced onion

Directions

    Cook pasta according to directions, preheat the oven to 450 and cook tomatoes and mushrooms on large cookie sheet for 15 to 20 minutes until they begin to pop.

    Chop bacon into small bite size pieces, cook until brown then remove and place on paper towel to drain.

    Saute onions in bacon grease until brown.

    In large serving bowl add egg yolks, Parmesan cheese and pepper.

    Mix until combined.

    Add peas during the last minute of pasta cooking time.

    Drain pasta add to egg and cheese mixture, then combine all other ingredients.

    Make sure to mix thoroughly to coat all the noodles.

    Make sure to use the tomatoes dripping from pan too.
