  • 1/4 cup rotini pasta, uncooked
  • 2 oz. BOCA Meatless Ground Burger
  • 1/2 cup reduced sodium spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsps. KRAFT Reduced Fat Parmesan Style Grated Topping, divided
  • 1 oz. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1/2 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 Tbsp. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
  • 1 fresh peach

Directions

    Cook pasta as directed on package.

    Mix meatless ground burger, cooked pasta, spaghetti sauce and 1 tablespoon of the grated topping.

    Spoon into 13 x 9-inch baking dish sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

    Top with mozzarella cheese (1 ounce = 1/4 cup); sprinkle with remaining grated topping.

    Bake at 375&#176 F for 25 to 30 minutes.

    Heat vegetables as directed on package; top with margarine.
