  • crust for pie (top and bottom)
  • 6 c. sliced apples
  • 12 oz. can unsweetened frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 3 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 cup water
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Heat apple juice on low and add apples as you slice them. Remove with a slotted spoon and place in pie shell.

    Add spice and cornstarch to juice and stir well until thickened.

    Pour over apples.

    Top with remaining crust.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
