Pasta Chicken Primavera

  • 1 pkg. frozen Green Giant pasta primavera
  • 1/4 c. nonfat sour cream
  • 2 chicken breasts (boneless and skinless)
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • mushrooms, washed and sliced

Directions

    In skillet, brown chicken in margarine. Remove. Saute mushrooms until tender in same skillet.

    In a large saucepan, prepare pasta as directed. Drain. Slice chicken into chunks. Combine chicken, sour cream, mushrooms and pasta mixture.

    May be served hot or cold.

    Refrigerate unused portion.
