- 1 1/2 lb. bacon
- 1 large sweet onion, chopped
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can green peas
- 1 lb. ditalini, boiled and drained
- Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions

1In large skillet fry bacon over medium heat until almost crisp.

2Cut bacon into 2 inch pieces.

3Add chopped onion to bacon and grease; cook until onion is tender.

4Pour off about 1/3 of grease.

5Mix in peas with juice.

6Pour bacon mixture into large pot of cooked and drained ditalini.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Serve with tossed garden salad and crispy garlic bread; outrageous!
