- 2 pkg. cheese crackers
- 1 tin (8 oz.) tuna, drained
- 4 eggs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Directions

1Crush crackers, reserving 1 cup for topping.

2Mix melted margarine into remainder of crushed crackers; mix well.

3Press this into a medium sized pie dish, ensuring that you cover the sides of the pie dish as well as the bottom.

4Refrigerate the dish so as the base can set before adding the filling.

5Fry onion and parsley for a few minutes.

6Beat together eggs and milk, then add the tuna, cheese, onion and parsley, stirring well to blend.

7Pour mixture into pie dish.

8Sprinkle reserved crackers over the top. Bake at 350°F, 180°C for approximately 1 hour until golden brown. Serve cool with salad.
