- 1 c. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 c. sliced zucchini
- 2 c. dried tomatoes
- 1 tsp. each thyme, salt and pepper
- 2 c. cooked pasta (any kind)
- 4 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 oz. salami
- 1 1/2 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1In a nonstick skillet, saute the garlic, beans, broccoli, zucchini, tomatoes, thyme, salt and pepper.
