  • 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 c. quartered mushrooms (about 1/4 lb.)
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1 c. sliced yellow squash
  • 1/2 c. sliced onion
  • 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
  • 2 medium cloves garlic, minced

Directions

    Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

    In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook vegetables with garlic until tender, about 10 minutes.

    Stir in spaghetti sauce; heat through, stirring occasionally.

    Spoon sauce over hot spaghetti. Makes 5 servings.
