- 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. spaghetti
- 1 1/2 c. quartered mushrooms (about 1/4 lb.)
- 1 small green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 1 c. sliced yellow squash
- 1/2 c. sliced onion
- 1/2 c. sliced zucchini
- 2 medium cloves garlic, minced
Directions

1Prepare spaghetti according to package directions; drain.

2In skillet over medium heat, in hot oil, cook vegetables with garlic until tender, about 10 minutes.

3Stir in spaghetti sauce; heat through, stirring occasionally.

4Spoon sauce over hot spaghetti. Makes 5 servings.
