- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) bag vegetable pasta spirals
- 1/2 c. each red and green bell peppers, chopped
- 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. reduced shredded cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle no-fat Ranch dressing
Directions

1Cook pasta as directed on the package. Add peppers and onions, mixing well.

2Chill pasta mixture for 2 or more hours (overnight is best).

3Add cheese and dressing to pasta.

4Mix and chill for at least 30 minutes more, then serve.

5This is great with any meat or by itself.

6Yields 10 servings, 131 calories, 1 g. fat.
