  • 1 pkg. veggie spirelli
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. turkey, cubed
  • 1 diced onion (purple are best)
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 1 can ripe olives

Directions

    Cook spirals according to directions.

    Grate cheese, but do not add until right before serving.

    Cube all other ingredients and add to cooled, drained spirals.

    Marinate overnight in Italian dressing.

    Add cheese before serving.
