  • 1/4 c. peanut oil
  • 2 c. broccoli
  • 1/4 c. sliced scallions
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp. basil
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 lb. rotini or other twisted pasta
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan or Locatelli cheese
  • 1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved

    Heat oil over medium-high heat.
