Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. tricolor pasta
  • 1/2 c. frozen peas
  • 3/4 c. chopped or sliced scallions
  • 8 oz. marinated mushrooms
  • 1/4 lb. salami, turkey sausage fowl, or shrimp, etc.
  • zucchini
  • 1 can artichoke hearts, drained
  • small jar pimiento
  • fresh broccoli heads, blanched
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 c. fresh parsley
  • fresh Parmesan, grated

Directions

    Cook pasta; drain.

    Mix in 1/2 cup Ken's or Wish-Bone Caesar dressing and 1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard and horseradish; marinate overnight.

    Add all other ingredients.

    Stir in Marie's sour cream and dill dressing (jar).
