Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. pasta shells (uncooked)
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan, coarsely grated
  • 2 tsp. fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/8 tsp. white pepper
  • 1 small tomato, seeded and chopped
  • 1/4 c. Italian dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. peas, cooked and drained
  • black olives (optional)

Directions

    Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.

    Cool. Combine dressing, cheese, onion, basil, salt and pepper.

    In large bowl, place pasta, peas and tomato.

    Add dressing mixture.

    Stir lightly to coat.

    Garnish with olives.

    Cover.

    Refrigerate at least 2 hours.
