Ingredients

  • 1 lb. large shell macaroni
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Provolone cheese
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 celery stalks
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar green olives
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1/4 lb. salami
  • 1/4 lb. pepperoni
  • 2 green peppers
  • 1 Tbsp. oregano
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp. pepper
  • 2/3 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    Cook macaroni; drain and cool.

    Chop celery, onion, green pepper and olives.

    Quarter tomatoes, salami and pepperoni. Reserve tomatoes and cheese if you are not serving immediately. Mix oregano, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar separately.

    Mix other ingredients, then pour oil and vinegar over.

    Chill and serve.
