Ingredients

  • 1 lb. pasta
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 bottle McCormick salad or vegetable supreme
  • 2 green peppers
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 cucumbers
  • 6 spring onions
  • oregano to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook pasta.

    Drain and rinse in cold water, drain.

    Peel cucumbers and cut all vegetables in bite size pieces.

    Grate Parmesan and toss all ingredients.

    Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
