- 1 lb. pasta
- 1 (8 oz.) bottle Zesty Italian dressing
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 bottle McCormick salad or vegetable supreme
- 2 green peppers
- 3 tomatoes
- 2 or 3 cucumbers
- 6 spring onions
- oregano to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook pasta.

2Drain and rinse in cold water, drain.

3Peel cucumbers and cut all vegetables in bite size pieces.

4Grate Parmesan and toss all ingredients.

5Refrigerate, preferably overnight.
