- 2 pkg. yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 2 c. hot water
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 6 c. all-purpose flour
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in the warm water and set aside.

2Combine the hot water, sugar, salt, oil and 3 cups flour; mix well with large spoon.

3Add yeast and mix well.

4Add remaining 3 cups flour; mix well.

5Let dough rise 10 minutes; stir down and let rise 10 minutes again.

6Do this 5 times (50 minutes total).

7Turn dough onto floured board.

8Knead only until can be handled.

9Divide in half and roll each to 9 x 12-inch rectangle.

10Roll up as if for cinnamon rolls.

11Place seam down on cookie sheet; sprinkle lightly with corn meal.

12Let rise 30 minutes.

13Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
