Pasta Shell Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. canned tomatoes
  • 2 c. shredded cabbage
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1/2 c. uncooked pasta shells
  • 1 (10 oz.) can beef broth
  • 1 (10 oz.) can vegetable soup
  • 1/2 tsp. caraway seed
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except Parmesan cheese, in a large saucepan.

    Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally for 30 minutes or until vegetables and pasta are tender.

    Sprinkle soup with Parmesan cheese and serve.
