Ingredients

  • 1 large jar spaghetti sauce with meat
  • 1 box jumbo shells
  • 15 oz. Ricotta cheese or cottage cheese
  • 8 oz. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 boxes frozen pouch cream spinach
  • garlic salt to taste

Directions

    Boil spinach and let cool.

    Add the 2 cheeses and garlic salt. Boil shells according to package directions.

    Put 2 teaspoons of mixture into each shell.

    Put 1/4 of sauce in bottom of baking dish.

    Place filled shells in pan and pour sauce over all.

    Top with Parmesan cheese.

    Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes at 300°.
