Pasta Shells With Broccoli

- 1 bunch fresh broccoli, cut into florets
- 8 oz. small pasta shells
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook broccoli in boiling water until crisp-tender, about 10 minutes.

2Drain.

3Cook pasta in boiling salted water following package directions.

4Drain.

5Heat butter and olive oil in large frying pan.

6Add broccoli and garlic.

7Saute for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

8Add pasta, salt and pepper.

9Toss well and serve at once.
