Pasta With Cauliflower

- 1 large head cauliflower
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 cans chicken broth (13 to 14 oz. size)
- 16 oz. thin spaghetti
- 1 c. fresh, unseasoned bread crumbs
Directions

1First, brown bread crumbs in a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.

2Stir constantly; pour into a bowl.

3Set aside for later use.

4Clean cauliflower.

5Cut into small flowerets.

6Cover bottom of 4-quart pot with olive oil.

7Add garlic and cauliflower. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

8Cook, covered, over medium heat 10 to 15 minutes.

9Stir often.

10Add chicken broth.

11Turn heat to high; bring to a boil.

12Lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.
