  • 1 cake mix (white, lemon, yellow or orange)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 1/2 c. crushed pineapple and juice (if there isn't enough juice, make up the difference with orange juice)
  • 1.3 oz. box orange Jell-O
  • 1 c. toasted coconut or nuts

    Spray pan with nonstick spray.

    Bake at 350° until done.

    Let cool and frost with following icing.
