  • 1 1/2 c. macaroni
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c. ground beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 3 tsp. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. grated Parmesan

Directions

    Cook macaroni according to directions on package.

    Drain. Stir in 1 beaten egg, 1/4 cup milk and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Set aside.

    In skillet, cook ground beef and onion until meat is lightly browned and onion is tender.

    Drain off excess fat.

    Stir in tomato sauce, cinnamon, nutmeg, 3/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
