- 3/4 c. flour
- 6 Tbsp. margarine
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Heat oven to 400°.

2Grease cookie sheet.

3Melt margarine and water.

4Bring to a boil.

5Turn off heat.

6Add flour and salt.

7Stir until mixture forms a ball.

8Remove from heat.

9Add eggs, one at a time.

10Beat well after each addition.

11Stir until smooth and shiny. Use a tablespoon of dough.

12Form into desired shape.

13Place on cookie sheet.

14Bake 40 to 50 minutes.

15Pastry is done when dough is dry inside.

16Cool and fill with Eclair Filling.
