  • 4 c. flour
  • 1 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Mix dry ingredients and shortening.

    In separate dish, mix egg, vinegar and water. Mix all together with fork (real sticky). Chill 15 minutes.

    Yields crust for 2 double crust pies.
