- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. butter
- 2 c. flour
Directions

1For ease in mixing have cheese and butter at room temperature. Mix well and chill for 1 hour or longer.

2Shape into balls and press into miniature muffin tin.

3Press to make a shell.

4Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.

5Turn out of muffin tin and cool.

6You can fill pastry shell with anything you wish.

7I fill with chicken salad, egg salad, pudding or fruit.

8Freezes well.
