  • 2 lb. lean ground beef
  • 2 c. cooked cubed potatoes
  • 2 c. grated carrots
  • 1 c. grated celery
  • 2 medium onions, grated
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs

Directions

    Brown meat.

    Remove fat.

    Combine all ingredients and place in a greased, floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

    Add additional 1/2 cup crumbs to top of casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
