- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 2 c. cooked cubed potatoes
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 1 c. grated celery
- 2 medium onions, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm dressing crumbs
Directions

1Brown meat.

2Remove fat.

3Combine all ingredients and place in a greased, floured 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.

4Add additional 1/2 cup crumbs to top of casserole.

5Bake at 350° for 1 hour covered and 1/2 hour uncovered.
