- 1 can cream-style corn
- 5 to 6 medium potatoes, pared

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Pare and cook chopped potatoes in water for 20 minutes; mash with a little milk and salt to taste.

3Put aside.

4Brown hamburg pieces in a 10-inch skillet; drain off fat. In a 2-quart casserole pan, layer browned hamburg, then corn, then mashed potatoes.

5Bake in oven until bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned.
