  • 1/2 c. sugar (optional)
  • 3 sticks margarine, melted
  • 2 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
  • 3 c. shredded, unpeeled zucchini

Directions
