- 2 lb. beef, cubed
- 1 c. diced celery
- 6 carrots
- 5 potatoes
- 1 can peas with juice
- 1 slice white bread
- 2 to 4 onions
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1/4 c. tapioca
- 1 tsp. sugar
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cube meat and cut vegetables to bite size pieces.

2Use the juice from the peas for liquid.

3Cut bread into small pieces.

4Mix all together in a large pan and add tapioca, sugar, salt and pepper to taste.

5Cover and bake at 250° for 5 hours or longer.
