- 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. crunchy peanut butter
- 3/4 c. low-fat milk
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 tsp. preserves or Old Fruit
Directions

1Mix flour, sugar and baking powder, then stir in peanut butter.

2Pour milk and eggs

3over and stir just until flour is moistened.

4Fill muffin cups 1/2 full, then top with preserves or Old Fruit.

5Bake at 400° for about 15 minutes.
