Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen peas
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts (may use slivered, toasted almonds)
- 4 cans mushroom soup
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 2 c. chopped onions
- 1 large green pepper, chopped
- potato chips, crushed
Directions

1Cook and drain the peas.

2Add water chestnuts, mushroom soup and pimentos, chopped fine.

3Saute celery, onions and green pepper in oleo.

4Add this mixture to the pea mixture.

5Pour into two greased casserole dishes.

6Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.

7Put crushed potato chips on top and heat.
