Pea Casserole

  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas
  • 1/4 stick margarine
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimento
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Directions

    Drain peas and heat with margarine until margarine is melted. Mix in medium casserole dish with soup, pimento, cheese, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.

    Salt and pepper to taste. Crumble crackers on top of casserole.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
