- 1 can LeSueur peas, drained
- 5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 oz. jar chopped pimento
- 1/2 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 stick, melted butter
Directions

1Mix everything except cheese, stuffing mix and butter. Put in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

2Sprinkle with cheese. Mix stuffing mix and butter and put on top.

3Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 400°.
