  • 1 can LeSueur peas, drained
  • 5 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 oz. jar chopped pimento
  • 1/2 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
  • 1/2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 stick, melted butter

Directions

    Mix everything except cheese, stuffing mix and butter. Put in 8 x 8-inch baking dish.

    Sprinkle with cheese. Mix stuffing mix and butter and put on top.

    Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes at 400°.
