- 1 (17 oz.) can English peas
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can slivered almonds, toasted
- 1 (4 oz.) can pimentos, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Directions

1Brown mushrooms and pimentos in butter.

2Toast almonds at 350° for about 10 minutes.

3Layer peas, soup, almonds, pimentos and mushrooms.

5Top with dots of butter or may use cracker crumbs.
