- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 1/2 cups peas ( frozen, thawed )
- 1 shallots, minced
- salt and pepper
- olive oil
Directions

1Put the ricotta, 1 cup of peas, the shallot, salt and pepper and 1 tbsp of olive in the blender and mix.

2Spread the ricotta on toast or crackers and garnish with the remaining peas, sprinkle with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
