Ingredients

  • 1 can LeSueur green peas, drained
  • 1 can Shoe Peg corn
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green bell peppers
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1/2 c. vinegar

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients.

    Then in a jar, mix together the sugar, salad oil and vinegar. Shake well. Pour over vegetables.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Keeps real well until it's all gone.
