  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 bag frozen green peas
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
  • bacon bits

Directions

    In 9 x 11 inch cake pan, chop lettuce, green onions and bell pepper.

    Mix together and layer on bottom of pan.

    Spread layer of thawed peas on lettuce.

    Spread thin layer of mayonnaise onto peas.

    Top with shredded cheese and bacon bits.

    Cover and chill 1-2 hours before serving.
