  • 1/2 cup of raw wheat germ
  • 1 cup brown rice
  • 6 cloves of garlic-minced
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley
  • 1/4 cup pecorino-ramano cheese
  • 1 tsp of pepper
  • 3 tablespoons of xtra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/4 -1/2 cup minced stems from mushrooms
  • 2 piches of salt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp sweet basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 cup white wine
