- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 can Shoe Peg white corn, drained
- 1 can tiny LeSueur peas, drained
- 1 can French green beans, drained
- 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 small chopped onion
Directions

1Heat first five ingredients to boiling.

2Set aside to cool. Mix all the vegetables together.

3Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables.

4Refrigerate for 24 hours.
