Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 c. wine vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can Shoe Peg white corn, drained
  • 1 can tiny LeSueur peas, drained
  • 1 can French green beans, drained
  • 1 small jar chopped pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 1 small chopped onion

Directions

    Heat first five ingredients to boiling.

    Set aside to cool. Mix all the vegetables together.

    Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables.

    Refrigerate for 24 hours.
