- 4 whole Peaches
- 2 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Peach Brandy
- 1 dash Cinnamon
- 1 dash Nutmeg
- 1 dash Imitation Vanilla
Directions

1Slice peaches and set aside.

2Melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat.

3Add peaches and cover with peach brandy. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Let simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes, just until peaches become a little soft, but not overly soft. Remove from heat.

4Serve over ice cream.
