  • 4 whole Peaches
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 4 Tablespoons Peach Brandy
  • 1 dash Cinnamon
  • 1 dash Nutmeg
  • 1 dash Imitation Vanilla

Directions

    Slice peaches and set aside.

    Melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat.

    Add peaches and cover with peach brandy. Add cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Let simmer for about 4 to 5 minutes, just until peaches become a little soft, but not overly soft. Remove from heat.

    Serve over ice cream.
