  • Crumble Topping
  • - PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1-3/4 qt. yellow cake mix
  • 1 qt. old-fashioned or quick-cooking oats
  • 4 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • Filling
  • 1 gal. cherry pie filling
  • 1 gal. frozen sliced peaches

Directions

    Crumble Topping: Beat all ingredients with mixer on low speed until crumbly.

    Filling: Combine pie filling and peaches.

    Pour into 2 greased full-size hotel pans (or into 1 half-size hotel pan for trial recipe).

    Top filling in each pan with 6 cups Crumble Topping (or with 3 cups Crumble Topping for trial recipe).

    Bake in 300 degrees F-convection oven 25 min.
