- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 c. sliced peeled peaches
- 1 c. each: milk and light cream
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. flour
- pinch of salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- sifted confectioners sugar or vanilla sugar
Directions

1Sprinkle a well buttered 1 1/2-quart shallow oval baking dish with 2 tablespoons sugar.

2Distribute peaches over the sugar.

3In a blender blend milk, cream, eggs, flour and a pinch of salt.

4Add 3 tablespoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.

5Blend the mixture for a few seconds and pour it over the peaches.

6Bake the Clafouti in a preheated 375° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until it is well puffed and golden brown.

7Sprinkle the Clafouti with sifted confectioners sugar or vanilla sugar.

8Serve it barely warm.
