  • 2 c. peaches (canned, frozen, or fresh)
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 tsp. almond extract

    Melt margarine in deep dish.

    Mix flour, sugar and milk.

    Pour this over melted margarine.

    Do not stir.

    Put in fruit, sweetened to taste.

    Sprinkle almond extract over peaches. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Can substitute 1 cup blueberries for peaches, in that case, omit almond extract.
