  • 3/4 stick oleo
  • 2 boxes Jiffy cake mix
  • 1 box dry vanilla pudding (instant)
  • 1 large can sliced peaches, drained, saving juice
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • cinnamon

    Melt oleo in 9 x 13-inch glass pan.

    Mix cake mixes according to box.

    Add instant pudding; mix well.

    Pour this on top of melted oleo.

    Add peaches.

    Sprinkle with sugar.

    Add syrup on top of sugar.

    Sprinkle cinnamon.

    Bake at 350° until tested done. This is good warm with vanilla ice cream.
