  • 3 to 4 large potatoes, boiled in skin and mashed
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Cream together potatoes, 1/2 of sharp cheese, sour cream, cream cheese and margarine.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Put in remaining cheese on top.

    Cover.

    Bake uncovered in 350° oven for 1 hour.
