- 5 c. sugar
- 5 c. peeled and mashed peaches
- 1 large can crushed pineapple
- 1 large pkg. apricot Jell-O
Directions

1In a large enamel or stainless saucepan, combine sugar, peaches and pineapple including juice.

2Bring to a boil; stir and cook to dissolve sugar.

3Boil for 20 minutes.

4Stir in gelatin.

5While mixture is still hot, pour into hot sterile jars.

6Seal with hot lids and rings.

7Makes 6 to 8 small jars.

8Good on toast or biscuits.

9Great warmed in microwave and served over vanilla ice cream.
