Ingredients

  • 5 c. sugar
  • 5 c. peeled and mashed peaches
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 large pkg. apricot Jell-O

Directions

    In a large enamel or stainless saucepan, combine sugar, peaches and pineapple including juice.

    Bring to a boil; stir and cook to dissolve sugar.

    Boil for 20 minutes.

    Stir in gelatin.

    While mixture is still hot, pour into hot sterile jars.

    Seal with hot lids and rings.

    Makes 6 to 8 small jars.

    Good on toast or biscuits.

    Great warmed in microwave and served over vanilla ice cream.
